Concrete Construction Estimator
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in commercial structural concrete construction. The ideal candidate will have experience estimating a variety of commercial concrete projects, including slab-on-deck, slab-on-grade, low-rise and mid-rise structures, tilt-wall construction, and similar projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates and bids for commercial concrete projects
- Review plans, specifications, scopes, and project requirements
- Perform quantity takeoffs for concrete, reinforcing steel, formwork, and related materials
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Develop competitive and accurate project proposals
- Review project costs, labor requirements, and material needs
- Work with project management and operations teams during project turnover
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
Qualifications
- 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial structural concrete
- Experience with slab-on-deck, slab-on-grade, low-rise, mid-rise, tilt-wall, or similar concrete construction
- Strong understanding of concrete construction means and methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong estimating, math, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with estimating software preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
