As a Commercial Lines Account Manager with our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the agency

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness.

  • Partner with producers and underwriting to execute stewardship plans and exceed client expectations.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to support agency revenue growth.

  • Lead the renewal and marketing process: gather updated exposure data, submit to carriers, negotiate terms, and prepare proposals.

  • Bind coverage and ensure timely, accurate documentation in agency management systems.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams to support long-term success.

  • Maintain compliance with all company procedures and data security standards.
  • Stay current on carrier products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of commercial lines account management experience

  • Proven experience managing accounts totaling over $1M in premium

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)

  • Proficiency with complex or high-net-worth commercial insurance products

  • Professional designations (e.g., CIC, CRM, CISR) are a plus
