The Northland around Kansas City has become a serious data center destination, with large hyperscale campuses rising near the airport and more on the way. A well-established general contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager – Mission Critical to help lead that growth. What You'll Do

• Lead data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction and buyout through integrated systems testing and turnover
• Own project financials, including budgets, forecasts, change management and monthly owner reporting
• Be the go-to partner for owners, engineers and key electrical, mechanical and controls trade partners
• Plan and manage schedules around long-lead equipment and phased campus work
• Work hand in hand with superintendents on safety, quality and site logistics
• Coach and develop project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers

What You Bring

• Senior-level project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical projects (required)
• Strong knowledge of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and commissioning
• A history of delivering large projects safely, on schedule and on budget
• A calm, approachable leadership style that keeps everyone pulling in the same direction
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
