What We’re Looking For: (MUST HAVE)
• Minimum 3+ years of freight brokerage experience
• Established book of business / shipper relationships REQUIRED
• Ability to produce and PROVE your numbers (monthly GP, margins, revenue)
• Strong carrier network and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
Compensation:
• Base Salary: $50K – $125K (based on experience & book)
• Aggressive, uncapped commissions – the more you produce, the more you earn
