Job Description

A well-established commercial general contractor in Dallas is looking for a Senior Preconstruction Manager to help lead its preconstruction efforts in North Texas. This is a high-visibility role where you'll guide projects from the earliest budgets through final pricing and help win new work.

What You'll Do

• Lead preconstruction on commercial projects from conceptual budgets through GMP
• Prepare and review conceptual, schematic and detailed estimates
• Drive subcontractor outreach, bid leveling and scope reviews
• Partner with owners, architects and operations teams on budgets, value engineering and constructability
• Mentor estimators and help shape how the preconstruction team runs
• Support proposals, pursuits and client interviews

What You Bring

• 10+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a commercial general contractor
• A track record of leading large, complex commercial pursuits
• Strong estimating, budgeting and cost-control skills
• Clear communication and the confidence to present to owners and design teams
• A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus
