Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations for custom residential construction projects.
Manage projects from groundbreaking through final completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and construction schedules.
Maintain exceptional quality control, jobsite organization, and safety standards.
Conduct client walkthroughs and provide clear project updates.
Manage punch lists, project milestones, and final closeout.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Proactively identify challenges and resolve issues in the field.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of residential construction Superintendent experience required.
Ground-up residential construction experience is essential.
Custom homebuilding experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to independently manage subcontractors, schedules, and multiple priorities.
Professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting directly with homeowners.
Buildertrend or similar construction management software experience is a plus.
Demonstrated career stability and commitment to long-term professional growth.
