What You'll Do

• Represent clients in construction litigation and/or insurance defense matters
• Handle cases from initial evaluation through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurance professionals
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with a talented and supportive legal team

What We're Looking For

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
• Experience in construction litigation, insurance defense, or a related litigation practice
• Strong writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with a team
• Strong desire to provide exceptional client service
