We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our Specialty Materials manufacturing team as a Slitter Rewinder Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and developing advanced manufacturing skills.
The ideal candidate does not need previous slitter rewinder experience. We are looking for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn how to operate and maintain new, high-tech converting equipment. This role will provide hands-on training with advanced slitting and rewinding technology, allowing the successful candidate to build expertise in a specialized manufacturing environment.

Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with equipment • Interested in learning advanced manufacturing technology • Comfortable working with precision machinery • A hands-on problem solver who can identify and resolve issues • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality products • Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to be trained.
