Corporate Attorney: Mid-Level Transactional Role with Hybrid Flexibility in Downtown San Diego

Our client, a well-established Southern California law firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its San Diego office. The corporate group advises emerging and established companies in technology, life sciences, and consumer products on mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, governance, and commercial agreements.

This is a hybrid position. You will divide your week between the San Diego office and home.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other transactional documents
• Manage due diligence and closing processes for mergers and acquisitions
• Support venture capital financings, equity issuances, and corporate governance matters
• Coordinate with tax, real estate, and employment colleagues on deal issues
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals at once
• Excellent client service and communication skills
