Commercial Construction | Central Pennsylvania

A highly respected Design-Build contractor/developer is looking to add a Project Manager to oversee a $30M+ commercial construction project in Central Pennsylvania.

Over the past five years, this company has grown from approximately $50M in annual volume and continues to expand its footprint with a strong backlog of work and an impressive pipeline of upcoming projects. Their leadership team is committed to maintaining a family-oriented culture while continuing to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate with field teams and ownership
• Drive project success while maintaining quality and profitability
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project financials
• Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
