Corporate Attorney: Mid-Level Transactional Role in Downtown Hollywood

Our client, a well-established South Florida law firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Hollywood office. The corporate group represents entrepreneurs, privately held companies, and investors throughout Broward County on mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

This is an in-office role in Hollywood, working closely with partners and clients.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other transactional documents
• Manage due diligence and closing processes for mergers and acquisitions
• Prepare and review commercial contracts, financing documents, and corporate resolutions
• Coordinate with tax, real estate, and employment colleagues on deal issues
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals at once
• Excellent client service and communication skills
