Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow new business opportunities
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Manage and expand existing accounts
• Coordinate with operations and carrier teams
• Negotiate rates and maximize profitability
• Drive revenue growth within your territory

Ideal Background:

• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or transportation sales is required
• Hunter mentality with strong business development skills
• Ability to build relationships and close new business
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Existing customer relationships/book of business is a plus
