We're seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a large portfolio of retail locations, lead a team of District Managers, and drive operational excellence across an entire region. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to balance people, performance, and profitability.

What You'll Own
📈 Full P&L responsibility across a region of stores
👥 Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and future organizational leaders
🚀 Drive sales growth, labor optimization, inventory control, and profitability
🔍 Analyze business metrics and take decisive action to improve performance
⭐ Champion a best-in-class customer experience across every location
🛡️ Ensure compliance with operational, food safety, and company standards
🏪 Lead field execution, store visits, audits, and operational improvement initiatives
🤝 Partner with executive leadership to implement strategic growth initiatives
