Lead Irrigation Technician

We are seeking an experienced irrigation professional to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of large-scale agricultural irrigation systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, team supervision, inventory management, and supporting related electrical projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience with irrigation systems, pumps, controls, and electrical components
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator
• Agricultural or industrial maintenance experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45–$50/hour, depending on experience
• Full-time position
