We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to join a dedicated healthcare team committed to providing exceptional patient care. This professional nursing position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary environment while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for performing patient assessments, developing individualized plans of care, implementing nursing interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes. The RN administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and in accordance with current clinical nursing practice standards.
The RN directs, monitors, and evaluates care delegated to non-licensed personnel and works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the safe, effective, and accurate delivery of patient care. This role also performs a variety of technical services in a cross-functional capacity to comprehensively meet patient needs.
