A well-established New Hampshire firm is hiring a Litigation Attorney.

It’s one of the largest business and litigation firms in the region. Its attorneys have worked on some of the biggest deals, bankruptcies, and damage awards in the state. The alumni list includes judges and civic leaders.

The firm

• Full-service, with 30+ practice groups
• Serving regional businesses, individuals, and nonprofits since the 1940s
• Historic headquarters plus satellite offices across NH
• Strong pro bono and community involvement

The role

• Full-time Litigation Attorney
• Varied docket: business and commercial, insurance defense, med mal, probate, domestic relations, construction, and employment
• Work directly alongside experienced attorneys

What you’ll do

• Research complex legal issues and write memos
• Draft pleadings
• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear at mediations, motion hearings, and trial

What you bring

• JD from an accredited law school
• NH Bar license
• 4+ years of law firm experience as a licensed attorney
• Exceptional written and oral communication
• Strong research skills
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-focused
• Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize under pressure
