The Role

The successful candidate will handle a diverse construction defect caseload while working alongside experienced litigators. You will have the opportunity to manage matters independently, collaborate with a talented team, and gain exposure to sophisticated litigation from case inception through resolution.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–6 years of construction defect defense litigation experience
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active California Bar admission and in good standing
  • Strong legal research and writing abilities
  • Solid case management and organizational skills
  • Ability to independently manage assigned matters
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple cases, deadlines, and responsibilities
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work
