Real Estate Litigation Attorney: Property Disputes in Sacramento

Our client, a well-regarded Sacramento firm, is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Midtown Sacramento office. The group handles landlord-tenant, boundary, title, development, and commercial real estate disputes for owners, developers, and businesses throughout Northern California.

This is an in-office role in Sacramento, where you will work closely with partners and a collaborative litigation team.

What You'll Do

• Manage real estate litigation from pleadings through trial or settlement
• Draft motions, discovery, and briefs in state and federal court
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
• Counsel clients on litigation risk and real estate goals
• Work with partners on case strategy and client development

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of real estate litigation or civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
• Comfort managing files with meaningful independence
• Commitment to working in office as part of a collaborative team
