Job Description

A reputable General Contractor is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support the planning and execution of complex construction projects.

This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules across multiple projects, working closely with project managers, field teams, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinate with project teams to track progress and identify potential delays
• Perform schedule updates, analysis, and reporting
• Support critical path method (CPM) scheduling and resource planning
• Assist with risk identification and mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience
• Experience working with a General Contractor preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycle
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
