Job Description

A general contractor with a strong mission-critical backlog is hiring a Traveling Superintendent for data center projects. You'll lead fast-paced builds on large campuses with heavy electrical and mechanical scopes, and you can grow with the team.

What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on ground-up data centers, data halls and fit-outs
• Coordinate heavy electrical, mechanical, critical power and cooling trades
• Manage large crews, site logistics, safety and quality
• Support commissioning (L1–L5) and phased turnovers
• Work with the Project Manager on schedules, owner updates and risks
• Drive closeout and turnover

What You Bring

• Superintendent experience on data center or mission-critical projects (required)
• A good working knowledge of critical power, cooling and MEP-heavy construction
• Willingness to travel full time
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
• Strong leadership on large, fast-moving jobsites
