The firm handles a wide range of real estate litigation, including landlord/tenant matters, easements, quiet title actions, Johnson v. Davis claims, and other complex property-related disputes. Key Qualifications:
Experience: At least 5 years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate matters—evictions, easements, boundary disputes, and contract enforcement
Licensed: Active Florida Bar member in good standing
Case Management: Able to handle matters from initial pleadings through resolution, including depositions, mediations, and trial
Skillset: Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Style: Independent and dependable, while maintaining a collaborative team approach
