Job Description

A healthcare-focused general contractor needs a Traveling Superintendent with clean room experience to lead hospital, pharmacy, lab and medical projects. This work calls for strict infection control and precise MEP coordination, and you'll be trusted with critical spaces.

What You'll Do

• Lead healthcare projects including hospitals, surgery centers, pharmacies (USP 797/800) and labs
• Build and turn over ISO-classified clean rooms and controlled environments
• Manage ICRA and infection control in occupied healthcare facilities
• Coordinate complex MEP, medical gas and testing and certification
• Work closely with facility staff, owners and the Project Manager
• Run safety, inspections, punch and closeout

What You Bring

• Superintendent experience on healthcare projects (required)
• Clean room experience (ISO classes, USP 797/800, labs or pharma) (required)
• ICRA and infection control knowledge
• Willingness to travel full time
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
