Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage project budgets, schedules and buyout
- Write subcontracts and purchase orders
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and monthly billing
- Run project meetings with owners and subcontractors
- Work daily with superintendents to keep projects on track
- Drive projects through closeout
Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager
- Experience on diverse commercial projects
- Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Procore and scheduling software experience a plus
Assistant Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
