Custom Home Lead Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Lead custom home builds and large remodels from foundation through final walkthrough
- Build and manage project schedules with trades and suppliers
- Supervise subcontractors and in-house carpenters on site
- Hold a high bar for quality, finish details and jobsite safety
- Coordinate inspections and keep projects code compliant
- Communicate progress and decisions with homeowners, designers and architects
- Track project costs and help bring each home in on budget
Custom Home Lead Superintendent Qualifications:
- 5+ years running high-end custom homes as a superintendent or lead
- Strong knowledge of residential building methods and finish work
- Skilled at scheduling and managing multiple trades
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Excellent communication with clients and trade partners
Custom Home Lead Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:
- $105,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
- Project-based bonus potential
