About the Opportunity

GPAC is partnering with a confidential building materials company serving Texas's busy construction market. They are looking for a driven Outside Sales Rep based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, or San Antonio to grow sales and build long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow accounts with contractors, builders, remodelers, and pro dealers
• Find new business through prospecting, job site visits, and industry networking
• Learn customers' project needs and recommend the right building products
• Work with inside sales, operations, and delivery teams to make sure customers get great service
• Manage your pipeline, quotes, and follow-up in a CRM
• Keep up with market trends, competitors, and local construction activity

What You Bring

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, construction products, lumber, roofing, or a related field
• An established network of contractors, builders, or dealers in a Texas market (preferred)
• A track record of growing sales and hitting goals
• Self-motivation, good organization, and comfort working independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
