Senior Employment Litigation Attorney

GPAC has partnered with a respected and growing litigation firm seeking a Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to join its employment practice. This opportunity is designed for an experienced litigator looking to handle sophisticated employment matters with substantial autonomy, strong support, and long-term growth potential.

The firm represents clients in complex employment disputes, including wage & hour litigation and other high-exposure workplace matters. Attorneys are trusted with meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and strategic involvement across all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Handle complex wage & hour and employment-related disputes
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, and related litigation filings
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Advise clients regarding litigation strategy, exposure analysis, and case developments
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff on active matters and overall case strategy

Qualifications

• 8+ years of employment litigation experience
• Active California Bar license in good standing required
• Strong wage & hour litigation experience preferred
• Ability to independently manage cases and maintain client relationships
• Excellent writing, deposition, and litigation strategy skills
• Defense-side employment litigation experience preferred, though strong plaintiff-side candidates are encouraged to apply
