The Role

We’re seeking a Food Scientist / R&D professional to support a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline of projects—primarily within the restaurant division, focused on custom blends and rapid formulation turnaround.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on multiple formulations at once and can move quickly from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine formulations for custom food products and blends
• Manage quick turnaround R&D projects in a fast-paced environment
• Support product development for restaurant and foodservice clients
• Evaluate ingredient functionality, interactions, and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, QA, and production teams
• Assist in scaling formulations from lab to production

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing R&D or food science
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
• Hands-on lab and formulation experience
• Strong understanding of ingredients and how they interact/function
• Solid math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
