A dynamic, growing multi-state defense litigation firm is seeking a motivated Senior Insurance Defense attorney with a genuine passion for helping younger attorneys and litigation experience to join our Oklahoma City office. We specialize in complex insurance defense matters across a variety of practice areas including construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, construction defect, premises liability, and insurance coverage.

The Impact You’ll Make
As a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney, you will take the lead on complex matters for national carriers and self-insured entities. Your day-to-day will involve:
End-to-End Case Management: Ownership of the strategy from initial filing through resolution.
Courtroom Advocacy: Handling depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trials.
Strategic Analysis: Evaluating verdict exposure and providing real-time, substantive reporting to sophisticated clients.
Leadership: Acting as a mentor and technical resource for junior attorneys.
Who You Are
An Experienced Litigator: You have a solid background in insurance defense and a JD from an accredited school.
Oklahoma Licensed: You are a member in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar.
A Natural Leader: You thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in developing others.
A Precise Communicator: You can distill complex legal issues into actionable advice for clients.
Trial-Ready: While trial experience isn't a mandatory prerequisite, a "trial-first" mindset is essential.
