Your Role & Responsibilities
Lead daily operations for home health teams and branch offices
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and training of staff
Ensure agency compliance with CMS, state rules, accrediting standards
Coordinate survey readiness, quality/improvement initiatives (QAPI)
Develop and maintain budgets, staffing models, performance goals
Foster strong referral networks and drive census growth through marketing intake efforts
What You’ll Bring
Active RN license (for clinical leadership roles)
3–5+ years managing home health, hospice, or in‑home senior care teams
Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare regulations and survey processes
Strong leadership with track record in team development and retention
Ideal for those with regional or multi‑site oversight experience
