Austin defense litigators: $130K–$160K plus bonuses, real courtroom time, and potential hybrid flexibility after ramp-up.

Our recruiting team is working directly with a well-established Texas litigation firm defending businesses, carriers, and insureds across med mal, professional liability, transportation, and other civil matters. Full-time, in-office, with potential hybrid flexibility after ramp-up.

What We Need

• 3–6 years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Med mal, professional liability, or transportation experience
• Depositions, hearings, motions, and mediation strategy
• Texas license in good standing
