Plant Manager

Agricultural Manufacturing & Feed Operations

We're seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead a unique agricultural manufacturing operation that converts food byproducts into feed used within a large cattle operation.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and building relationships—not just managing a production line.

You'll oversee production, people, equipment, vendor relationships, and raw material sourcing while working directly with company leadership to drive results.

Responsibilities of the Plant Manager

• Lead day-to-day plant operations and production planning
• Supervise, train, and develop a small production team
• Drive safety, accountability, and operational performance
• Manage equipment reliability and plant uptime
• Build and maintain supplier/vendor relationships
• Identify new sources of raw materials to support production goals
• Track production metrics and implement process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading a production, manufacturing, feed, food processing, or agricultural operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Experience managing people and production goals
• Ability to build relationships with suppliers, vendors, or customers
• Ownership mentality and willingness to be hands-on
