📅 Assist with monthly and year-end close
📊 Maintain job cost tracking and support WIP schedules
💼 Handle AP, AR, billing, and subcontractor payments
🧮 Post GL entries and perform reconciliations
🔍 Support audit prep and internal financial controls
🤝 Collaborate with project managers for accurate reporting
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (highly preferred)
🗂️ 2-3 years of accounting experience (construction exposure preferred)
💻 Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
🧠 Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
