A highly regarded and growth-oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its expanding Washington practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking to work on sophisticated and high-stakes business disputes within a collaborative, well-supported environment. The practice offers meaningful responsibility, strong internal resources, and the ability to play a key role in the continued growth of a respected litigation team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution
• Lead strategy development and advise clients on business and litigation risk
• Manage motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work closely with colleagues across practice groups on multifaceted disputes
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
• Participate in client relationship management and practice growth initiatives
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience managing sophisticated business disputes with substantial responsibility
• Active Washington Bar license required
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and operate with a business-minded approach
