A well-regarded general contractor is looking for a Data Center Project Manager to run mission-critical projects here. What You'll Do

• Run data center and mission-critical projects from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover and closeout
• Manage budgets, buyout, subcontracts, change orders, forecasting and monthly owner billing
• Keep owners, design teams and electrical, mechanical and controls partners aligned and informed
• Plan long-lead equipment such as switchgear, UPS systems, generators and chillers to keep the schedule on track
• Partner with superintendents on safety, quality and logistics on busy, space-constrained sites
• Support and develop assistant project managers and project engineers

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)
• Solid knowledge of critical power, cooling, MEP coordination and integrated systems testing
• A history of delivering complex projects on time and on budget, including work in occupied or live facilities
• Clear, upbeat communication and an easygoing, team-first style
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
