One of our top clients—a highly respected Manhattan law firm—is actively seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join their Litigation & Trial Practice Group. This is a premier opportunity to take on high-stakes commercial litigation and gain hands-on trial experience in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Manage litigation cases from pleadings through trial.
Conduct discovery, draft and argue motions, and prepare legal memoranda.
Participate in trial strategy, witness preparation, and court appearances.
Contribute to appellate matters when applicable.
2–5 years of commercial litigation experience (law firm experience preferred).
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active New York Bar membership, in good standing.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to bill 1800 hours annually.
