A well-established, highly respected law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing corporate practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who has developed strong corporate law experience at a larger or national firm and is looking to transition to a collaborative environment that offers sophisticated work, a healthier work-life balance, and a more attainable path to partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business agreements and transaction documents.
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, reorganizations, and other business transactions.
  • Provide practical legal guidance to businesses across a variety of industries.
  • Work closely with partners and clients on complex corporate matters from inception through completion.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of corporate law experience.
  • Experience handling sophisticated corporate and commercial transactions.
  • Prior experience with a national or large regional law firm is preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong academic credentials and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
