Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
• Advise private businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and developers
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and transactional documents
• Handle corporate transactions, reorganizations, acquisitions, and financings
• Manage commercial and real estate transactions from inception to completion
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of solicitor-side experience
• Strong background in corporate, commercial, and/or real estate law
• Portable book of business preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships
• Strong business development skills and community presence
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
