Business Development Manager – Construction Demolition

Location: Barrie, ON Type: Paid per project and after first few projects will hire on full time

Overview

A top demolition contractor is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help expand our project pipeline across Barrie and Central Ontario.

What You’ll Do

• Hunt and secure commercial, industrial, and institutional demolition opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, and property managers.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to review project scopes and submit winning bids.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience in construction, demolition, or civil contracting.
• An established network of GCs and developers in Ontario is a major plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license for local client and site visits.
