Job Description

Position for an experienced bookkeeper and experienced personal injury paralegal.
(MUST have experience as a bookkeeper at a law firm and experience as a paralegal in personal injury to be considered.)
 
Bookkeeper and Paralegal Qualifications & Skills:
  • Assist senior lawyers with all aspects of personal injury cases both Tort and AB related including OCF forms, undertakings, answer client questions, etc.
  • Prepare pleadings, draft motion records, request documents to support case, pre-trial document preparation, mediation document preparation, maintain filing of files both paper and electronic, organize and manage Primafact index and files, other administrative tasks
  • Quickbooks experience
  • Must be familiar with the law society requirements
  • Paralegal Certificate
  • Bookkeeping Certificate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
