Hazardous Waste Sales Representative (Alabama & Georgia)

Base Salary: $85,000–$110,000 + Uncapped Commission + Full Benefits | Remote | Territory-Based Travel Required

What You'll Do

  • Develop and grow new business within the hazardous waste and environmental services market
  • Manage existing customer relationships while identifying expansion opportunities
  • Prospect industrial, manufacturing, chemical, utility, and government accounts
  • Conduct facility visits and perform consultative sales presentations
  • Partner with operations and technical teams to develop customized waste management solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software
  • Stay current on environmental regulations and industry trends

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (hazardous waste, environmental services, industrial services, recycling, or related industry preferred)
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a territory
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Alabama and Georgia
