Counsel / Senior Counsel – Constitutional & Civil Rights Litigation
Location: Huntsville, AL | Onsite

A nationally recognized and highly respected defense litigation firm is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel to join its Constitutional & Civil Rights Litigation team. This practice handles sophisticated federal litigation matters, including constitutional claims, civil rights defense, and class actions across multiple jurisdictions.

What They’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of defense litigation experience
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and legal writing skills
• Experience with constitutional law, civil rights, or federal litigation preferred
• Excellent analytical and research abilities
• Alabama license or ability to obtain licensure

Additional Details:

• Hands-on involvement in case strategy, briefing, discovery, and trial preparation
• Billable requirement approximately 2000–2150 hours
• Travel time billable due to practice needs
