Job Description

Join a growing agricultural organization as a Project Manager supporting capital projects across multiple feed, grain, and milling facilities in the south. This highly visible position works closely with Operations Leadership to manage projects from planning through completion while ensuring budgets, timelines, and operational objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital improvement and facility expansion projects
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and facility personnel
• Communicate project updates to executive leadership, board members, and site managers
• Oversee project execution, safety, quality, and timelines
• Travel to company facilities to support project implementation
• Manage projects from concept through startup and completion

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within feed, grain, milling, agriculture, or related industries required
• Experience managing CapEx projects from start to finish
• Strong budgeting, planning, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Willingness to travel up to 40% overnight

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 - $120,000 Base Salary
• Up to $20,000 Annual Bonus
