Confidential Opportunity – Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering impactful projects.

Position Overview
This role will lead projects ranging from $10M–$50M+ (or major scopes within larger builds), with full responsibility for financial performance, scheduling, risk mitigation, and client relationships. You will work closely with both field and office teams to ensure successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases, from preconstruction planning to final delivery
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Drive value engineering efforts to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract execution
• Review and manage change orders, ensuring accuracy and proper negotiation with all parties
• Partner closely with field leadership to maintain and update project schedules

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven experience managing ground-up or large-scale commercial projects
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
