This company is looking for PREMIER candidates to fill their open position of Business Development Representative. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established commercial restoration company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Business Developer with extended experience in sales and either commercial/residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP!

Info/Requirements:

• This company has been in business for 25+ years and is well-respected for both its quality work and strong team culture.
• This is an on-site role based in Mesa, AZ, with regular travel in the area to meet clients and build relationships.
• You’ll build a client base by connecting with insurance adjusters, realtors, plumbers, and property managers—focusing on trusted, long-term relationships rather than high-pressure sales.
• Ideal candidates have a background in business development, marketing, or sales—especially in restoration, construction, or home services. Grit, good character, people skills, and a self-starter attitude are essential.
• This is a growth-focused position, with the goal of stepping into a marketing management role
