gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with our client to identify an Associate Attorney to join a growing practice in Phoenix, Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney seeking hands-on courtroom experience, strong mentorship, and exposure to both immigration and personal injury matters.

Position: Associate Attorney (Immigration / Personal Injury)

About the Role

This position offers immediate involvement in court appearances, motion practice, and case strategy, making it a strong fit for attorneys who enjoy being in the courtroom and taking an active role in case progression.

Attorneys will work closely with clients and staff while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of matters.

Responsibilities

• Appear in court for hearings, dockets, and trial proceedings
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct legal research and writing
• Review and evaluate new case matters
• Participate in client intake and case development
• Provide guidance and direction to support staff
• Assist with case strategy and resolution

Qualifications

• J.D. required
• Arizona Bar license preferred (or ability to obtain)
• 1–3+ years of experience preferred
• Interest or experience in immigration and/or personal injury
• Strong courtroom presence and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish language skills preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000 + bonus/commission potential
