What You’ll Do:
Strategic Advisory: Provide proactive counsel on wage/hour laws, FMLA/CFRA leaves, and employee relations.
Workplace Investigations: Lead high-level investigations into sensitive employment issues.
Litigation & Defense: Defend clients against FEHA/Title VII claims and represent them at administrative hearings.
Policy & Drafting: Draft clear, tailored employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
What We’re Looking For:
Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
2+ years of dedicated Employment Law experience.
Public Sector Expertise (Plus): Familiarity with PERB, the Brown Act, or the Government Code is a major advantage.
A strategic advisor mindset with the ability to manage a caseload independently.
