Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation - Orange County, CA

A well-established mid-sized law firm is expanding its litigation team and seeking Associate Attorneys to join its Orange County office. With a strong regional presence, the firm offers a stable platform, meaningful casework, and a collaborative environment focused on long-term attorney development. The practice handles a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, and is looking for attorneys who are ready to step into active caseloads and contribute to a high-performing team.

What They're Looking For

• 3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience
• Background in business litigation, construction, real estate, insurance defense, labor & employment, or trust & estate litigation preferred
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach
• California Bar admission in good standing
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
