Plaintiff-Side Class Action Attorney (6+ Years)

Location: California (Fully Remote or Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA or San Diego, CA)
Bar Admission: Active California license required

About the Opportunity

A nationally recognized plaintiffs’ law firm is seeking an experienced Class Action Attorney to join its high-impact litigation team. This firm is known for handling complex, large-scale cases against major corporations, with a strong focus on consumer protection and product defect litigation.

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters that drive accountability and deliver meaningful results for consumers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex class action matters from intake through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, including motions to dismiss, class certification, and summary judgment
• Develop and execute discovery strategy, including managing large-scale document productions and expert work
• Take and defend depositions
• Collaborate with co-counsel in coordinated proceedings and multi-district litigation
• Assist in trial preparation and trial/arbitration proceedings
• Contribute to overall case strategy and mentor junior attorneys as needed

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California bar license (required)
• 6+ years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for plaintiff-side class action or complex litigation experience
• Experience handling automotive defect, product liability, or consumer fraud cases preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
