Position Overview

The Weekend Coordinator serves as the primary operational point of contact during evenings and weekends, ensuring environmental inspections and testing services are scheduled, coordinated, and completed efficiently. This individual will work closely with clients, technicians, vendors, homeowners, and internal team members to support urgent service requests and maintain seamless operational continuity outside of standard business hours.

This is a fully remote position for candidates residing in California.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary operational contact during evenings and weekends
  • Coordinate after-hours and weekend environmental inspection requests
  • Make independent scheduling and technician deployment decisions
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, technicians, homeowners, and internal team members
  • Respond to urgent service requests and client escalations in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate job notes, scheduling information, and client records within company systems
  • Monitor active jobs and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
  • Support technicians and maintain operational continuity outside normal business hours
  • Prepare detailed handoff notes for the daytime team to ensure seamless transitions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in restoration, mitigation, environmental testing, dispatch, field-service coordination, or related operations support
  • Experience coordinating technicians, vendors, inspections, or service appointments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional during urgent situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer, data-entry, and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities, urgent requests, and client escalations simultaneously
  • Must reside in California and be available during all scheduled working hours

Schedule

  • Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PST
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PST
  • Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST
  • Tuesday–Thursday: Off

Approximately 44 hours per week
