Labor & Employment Associate Attorneys – Los Angeles Area | Hybrid / Remote

Established law firm is seeking Labor & Employment Attorneys from 2+ years through Senior and Partner level for its Woodland Hills and Hermosa Beach offices. Fully remote options are also available for attorneys with strong, relevant experience. The practice handles a broad range of employment matters, including single-plaintiff cases, wage & hour class and PAGA actions, counseling, and compliance audits. Attorneys will have direct client contact, meaningful case responsibility, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters with a supportive team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Labor & Employment experience; Senior and Partner-level attorneys are also encouraged to apply.

  • Experience with discovery and motion practice; trial preparation/trial experience preferred

  • California Bar admission required

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials

  • Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Exposure to FEHA, agency complaints, wage & hour, or related employment matters is a plus
